At Heys Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused luggage or accessory back in its original box, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
